So I bought this tool and paid a little more because it's an "American" company. I get the bottom rod driver and it says it's made in China. I will never buy from Kelbert again. See photo. TO UPDATE. Still, I'm glad I chose this tool that can successfully handle both diameters. He pounded the bottom bar in like butter.
