Doesn't improve rough heels

I give this product a fair rating because it didn't really soften my heels. You feel good when you apply the product and it temporarily softens your heels, but there was no long-term improvement. When you wake up the next morning, your heels are as rough as ever. The product can be useful for maintaining heel softness in people who did not initially experience rough heels.
