Pretty tasty for a protein shake. The vanilla flavor is pleasant and has a fairly smooth and creamy texture. They are sweetened with fructose and sucralose and contain only 3g total sugars. Low in carbohydrates and high in fiber. 30g milk protein and 150 calories per serving. It's also a pretty decent meal replacement shake, packed with lots of vitamins and minerals to support the immune system. They come in 12 Tetra Pak bottles in a carton. Refill has an expiration date of about 7 months. Overall I like a great tasting protein shake. Good flavor with a fairly smooth creamy texture. Low glycemic index and good nutritional value. It is an alternative to regular breakfast and light meals that are low in carbohydrates and high in protein. It's worth trying them out and seeing if they suit your needs. A good thing.
