I have shaved for over 65 years and found this blade to be the sharpest ever. So sharp I cut myself just taking the first one out of the pack. This signal caused me to be extra careful when shaving, and there was still blood on my face at one spot. Tip: Tighten the blade holder (razor handle) very firmly so that the blade does not move when you slide it across your face. I also got a small cut after the first shave, and now after rinsing off I have to clean it up and no more blood. This razor blade shaves so closely I no longer have a 5 o'clock shadow, and if I wasn't trained to shave EVERY day, I could easily skip a day without looking like a bum (or like metrosexuals with their "trendy " unkempt faces ) . I am now a die-hard Feather razor buyer and until a better razor is developed by a company I will be using them until I don't need to shave anymore and hopefully that day is far away.
