This weight gainer did not meet my expectations .According to my experience it did not aid in gaining weight effectively. While it did have a decent chocolate flavor, it left me feeling bloated and uncomfortable. As someone who values their health and household, I cannot recommend this product for those looking for weight gain solutions..
