Missing product! SERIOUS?!
These amazing glasses are just what I needed. Problem? When I ordered a box of 24, only 17 arrived and 2 were broken. Broken ones can be discarded, but being 7 too short is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the only way I can hope for a response from the seller is by looking at the item. I would have returned the whole box but they were needed to complete a customer order this weekend. The concept is great though, it was close to 'enough'. So please if you are a seller reading this please contact me and help me fix this order. If you can't do this, I have no choice but to choose another product.
