cute but small

I bought this hat in size 1-3 for my 16 month old baby. It looks really cute but it's too small. He gets frustrated if he wears it for more than a few minutes because he is squeezing his head too much. I want the next size up.

Love everything about this hat. Quality, fit, everything. Fits my 2 year old perfectly!
