The hat is cool, but according to the reviews I took a size up. I shouldn't have because it was too much for my 4 year old. It would be several years before he could wear it and adjust it properly.

The hat is not adjustable but has elastic so it really grows with your child. It's just a little big for my 3.5 year old. So when it's very windy he struggles to stay on it but other than that it fits great and we're really happy. It looks sharp, good quality, light and breathable, love that it looks like a dad now. Definitely recommend and buy again.

Great hat but I've only been able to wear it a couple of times because it was too tight on my head. I bought what was supposed to fit. So I would say the mileage is low.

Update: It's still a bit big for my 1.5 year old but he loves wearing it. Looks like dad, so he's wearing a hat. You may need to get another one in a different color. I will have it for a while as there is plenty of room to grow! The hat is really cute but too big for my 15 month old. I'm not even sure if it's suitable for summer. And his head is 90% for his age. I think it's more for 2-3 years old. I may have to wait a little longer and I'm looking for something to match him this summer.

I was skeptical about choosing this hat for my 2 year old when he was 1. He didn't want to wear hats, 2. The price of a hat for a toddler who doesn't want to wear hats and 3.
