Bright and very pretty when off. I had to custom-make some brackets because of the installation location. The supplied brackets are only suitable for light direct hanging. The quality seems good and the price is great! The lights are bright too, make sure you aim them correctly as looking straight at these babies is dazzling! UPDATE: The lights were working fine until two weeks ago when I noticed one of them turning on and off. A bit disappointed as I liked how bright they were now I will have to remove them in case a bad one could cause an accident as it could toggle on and off and be mistaken for a turn signal.
