Bought this for a project I wasn't sure I could heat it up. I didn't want to use my low temp solder. When it arrived there was paper in the package but no instructions. I found TDS on the manufacturer's website. It must be heated to activate the epoxy. Higher temperatures shorten the curing time. If that information had been in the description, I would not have bought it. Curing takes place at a temperature of 90-120Β°C for 60-7 minutes. My low temp solder activates at around 125C, so it's of little use. There is no adhesion until cured. It didn't work, but it didn't hold the pieces together until I could heat it up. It has a distinct formaldehyde odor when cured. Do not breathe vapors. UPDATE June 2021: Everything seems to be working as intended. Also, the seller appears to have updated the listing and information to include that it needs to be heat cured. When buying this information was not. Instructions must be provided for prices over $10 per gram.
