I am very impressed with these wrist rests. They are easy to put on and take off. They provide good support for my arthritic wrists and I've found I can do more with less pain. They may have slightly less support than those that rotate around the thumb. But a good compromise is that you can wash your hands without taking them off. So they're great for gardening etc. I might even wear them to work. They do not rub on the skin even after several hours of wear.
