So the main problem I've had with this product is that I can't smooth it out inside a scratch/groove without smearing the surrounding paint and sanding will obviously be required no matter what I use to finish it smoothing leaves noticeable peaks and valleys. I was hoping it would smooth out fairly well and fill in a narrow scratch but when it comes to leveling the back of the tube that claims to be a level it definitely doesn't work and even after trying other methods, it just seems to smudge. on the rest of the paint rather than peeling off and when used with a damp cloth it removes the product in scratches, not just streaks around the edges. I would not recommend filling in scratches or gouges, this may work better on chips or large areas that you can apply and fill.
