fell off electric scooter. I broke my elbow. Street rash on shoulders, arms and hands. The wrists are swollen. He hit his head on the asphalt. But my head is fine. Not even a bruise. This helmet took it like a champ, unlike the rest of my body. I'm so happy I put it on, I have no idea where else I would be now. Some reviews said they liked the helmet but couldn't confirm its durability until they had an accident. Well I can attest that this helmet is built to last. Just a few scratches (as seen in the photo) with no structural damage to the helmet (or my skull). As for the rest. I'm a tall adult male with a big head (I didn't measure) the large size fits and the adjustment knob makes it very snug. This is an excellent helmet. Thank you Montaga for saving my life.
