Very good quality training t-shirt. Weight and thickness are decent, but not too warm and absorb moisture perfectly. I'm 5ft 9" #165 and this little one fits me perfectly. I agree with all the other reviewers and find this to be a very useful training shirt or undershirt. The sleeves fit snugly around the forearm, which is good. Item in most cases, but you may have trouble rolling up your sleeves if this is your item.
