Review on SAMSUNG Odyssey G7 LC27G77TQSNXZA: 27-Inch Curved Monitor 💫 with High Dynamic Range, 2560X1440 Resolution and 240Hz Refresh Rate by Gregory Wood

Not sure why this is the best gaming monitor on various websites but compared to my ASUS PG279Q it didn't impress me. It had a dead pixel in the upper-left corner of the screen and the image quality - regardless of the settings - wasn't much of an improvement over my IPS panel. Also, the 1000R curve made the monitor appear smaller - even though both my ASUS and G7 are 27 inches. It wasn't on the latest firmware either - so I updated it, but I can say I didn't notice any flickering or micro stuttering in the 5 games I tried.
