That was great. until the wheel cracked.

**UPDATE** The wheel broke off. Where it connects to the base, there is no small piece of metal dangling inside the fountain. I can't even fix it. I bought this chair in January and I really liked it. It's comfortable, the mesh back is great, and the adjustable support is pretty good. It leaned too far forward in my opinion and I had no way to adjust it, but I got used to it. Unfortunately, none of this makes up for how quickly he went bankrupt. I noticed that the chair seemed crooked when I sat down a few weeks ago. I looked at the wheels but didn't see anything wrong so I figured they were sitting weird, or maybe I needed to tighten the bolts on the seat. I made some adjustments but everything still seemed wrong and was getting worse until I took the wheels off to see what the problem was. Instead of a solid piece in which to insert the wheels, there is a metal ring inside the base. Somehow this part broke, causing the wheel to wobble a lot. If I don't perfectly center the steering wheel before getting in, it veers off at a sharp angle just waiting to crash. I paid a lot of money for this chair and now spend more time making sure the wheel is ok than using it.
