It's only my first day, but my blood pressure dropped to what are considered prehypertensive levels in the first hour. It was still the lowest it had been in years this morning. I will update this as I gather more information. So far nothing helps with the "male" part of smooth muscle relaxation, but I'll add more information as I gain experience. Day three: Systolic pressure (top number) was 111 this morning, the lowest reading in decades. The pressure is still high during the day, but much lower than before.
