21 and 23 are quite similar
I've been using this BB cream for years! I use #23 and it turns gray at first but it suits your skin tone better. I ran out of #23 and in a pinch I ordered 21 because 23 was out of stock and let me tell you 21 is really similar. Maybe it's a little lighter, but blush and bronzer won't fix anything. If you're in a pinch, this works just as well as 23. I love the consistency so much, with a little powder it stays on my face all day!
