I haven't had a bathroom scale in over 20 years and decided to buy one because I've lost 100 pounds and I only weigh myself when I go for my check up Physician. I looked at many scales before deciding on this one and am very happy with it! I love all the features and the app too! The app tells me my weight, body water %, body fat %, bone mass %, BMI, visceral fat %, BMR and muscle mass alone, and where those things rank on the health scale. For example, it shows me what percentage of body fat I have for being lean, healthy, bulging or overweight and gives you information about where I stand and how much I have gained or lost since my last weigh-in and some suggestions for improvement. You can use it in the metric system or not. This scale's app also has a baby mode, so you, the expectant mother, can get information about your pregnancy weight! I highly recommend this scale and app!
