defective - return policy is shady
I ordered 2. Less than one month, one of them already has a broken charging port. I'm in the middle of a return, but on the return page, it says they only take unopened products in original packaging. I might have to use the ebay A-Z Guarantee . but I have all the time in the world right? Never mind that I work full time and have a family. But I can spend hours driving to the UPS place to drop return, and emailing customer service to solve the problem? Sure. Sounds fun.
