At first, I thought this hat was not savable because it was packaged so poorly it looked like a truck ran over it. Surprise! I saved it! I read through straw hat reviews in which a woman said she used a damp pressing cloth and a steam iron and pressed the wrinkles away. In doing this the brim became firmer also. I love the ability to change headband colors with this hat. Great idea! I have a 22 3/4 inch head and it fits correctly for a change. Please offer additional, separate, colored and uniquely designed headbands for use on your hats and I will continue to buy them to spice up my wardrobe. Nicely made hat!
