HDMI port failed after 5 weeks. bad connection. It's not the cable, I've tried 3 different ones. The video sometimes works when I move the cable in the plug. Getting an RMA for a replacement seems difficult. The tech support number is supposed to go to their website and fill out a form. but the form says you need to call tech support to get the code. I also have other cameras that have been replaced because they started to work very slowly. I ended up calling tech support about a slow non-POE HD camera. They said the camera is old and needs to be replaced as it is not supported. The camera was only 2 years old! I have 3 DVRs and 12 cameras. So far, 4K cameras work well and fast. In general, I am not satisfied with the failures.
