Great platform with excellent service!!!

As soon as I got pushowl, it just was so easy to set up! The training is great -- there are tons of examples that help you through all steps! There's even an app tutorial for new customers (which can feel like "too much info" but honestly we're big believers in doing things right to save time!). And they have live chat if anything goes wrong, which makes them one-on-one experts at solving your problems. 1) It's free2). They train their reps really well3). Their pricing structure isn't unreasonable4.). If people need extra assistance after our initial setup/training period ends then don't be afraid to contact someone directly instead of waiting around 3 months before being assigned back into queue or getting put onto hold and hoping they get off when they promised.Push Owl has been instrumental in helping my team recover carts left sitting idle because no one could find what product those users previously added had ended up buying during online shopping sessions via phone orders or mail order shipments. That data gives us insight about purchasing patterns, customer engagement strategies & helps prioritize future marketing campaigns at opportune times. I like that it pulls in additional data from my other tools, such as Salesforce. It's easy to set up and use for one or multiple accounts. The support is very responsive. I would recommend this tool to any business looking to track their shopping behaviors and improve conversions. Automation of reporting. We're able to see which products are selling well, what content our customers are most interested in, etc. This has given us more insight into our customer's needs.

  • Also love how customizable dashboard reports look compared against competitors' offerings where dashboards appear similar across platforms..all too often offering only limited options without ability customize easily within platform itself using own staffing resources vs outsourcing services used by competition
