I needed something that would keep me warm while swimming in the pool in cold weather without restricting my mobility. I used the usual thinner rashguards but they were too much. The wetsuits were too thick and hard. It was the perfect choice, I can do a lot of laps and I don't feel cold or stiff. As for the sizing, I sometimes lack the fit as things are too tight in the chest and loose in other places. I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds and the medium size is just right.
