At $16.15 (using a 15% off coupon at the time of this review), the HBAVLINK HDMI video capture card is ridiculously cheap. There are actually a few things that bring the price down. One is the lack of HDMI passthrough, another is 4K/30 input limitation (4K/60 is not uncommon) and the last is 1080/30 output (1080/60 is not uncommon). However, if you are ok with those limitations, for example just want to get the feel of an old DSLR video on your OBS PC, this is PERFECT for that. In fact, I used this with an old Nikon DSLR to deploy OBS on a Windows 10 (20H2) machine with no problem. It was discovered painlessly and was ready to use immediately. There is a delay, but not critical. Conditionally recommended
