The head connected to the ball is not stable. i have an xs max and every time i tilt the phone to the right, left or up it falls back down and into the middle, it's annoying when driving and i have to keep tilting it back into the desired position. Now the roof keeps popping out, there are lots of potholes and bad roads and it doesn't feel strong enough to hold my phone so the roof with holes keeps popping up and falling into the car while I'm driving. I would not recommend that
