There was no silver lining to my shopping experience with GOERTI; it left me with a sour taste in my mouth. In every regard, the company's claim of offering high-quality cosmetics and personal care items at reasonable rates fell short. First off, the things I received fell short of my expectations and were of uneven quality. The beauty and personal care items didn't live up to their claims, and the makeup brushes shed bristles and felt rough. To put it mildly, it was a dismal and irritating experience. Even worse, the level of customer service was inadequate. I contacted them to ask about the subpar products, but they responded slowly and ineffectively. They provided no alternatives or possibilities for a refund or exchange, so I was stuck with useless goods. My overall experience with GOERTI was one of disappointment; there was no bright spot. I cannot suggest this business to anyone looking for high-quality cosmetics and personal care items. Save time and money by doing your shopping elsewhere.
