I was going to use these for a five minute artisanal bread but ended up finding a better use for it. After some experimentation, I found that I don't really think bread dough lasts as long in the fridge as the five-minute artisans say. For one day, of course, but then it gets sadder and sadder as we bake. But I found another use for it. When I bake in my Oster 2 lb Expressbake bread machine with a 13 hour delay timer, CKSTBRTW20, it over rises when it has to complete the entire cycle in the machine. Then I have bread that isn't firm enough to slice thinner than 1/2 inch. But if I put the whole bread pan in this bucket and put it in the fridge overnight, it rises to the perfect level and I can bake my bread. straight from the fridge. I don't know if all the bread pans will fit, but measure yours and see.
