Update 4/28/21: Headlights flicker from time to time. It's not enough that I'll run out and replace them, but it's a noticeable flicker. I'll try a different brand if I swap these out. Still super bright! It's been 4 days now and I haven't had any problems. Installation is difficult but not at all because of the light. The 2016 Charger has you gripping the steering wheel, and if you have big hands, there just isn't room. Even a standard lightbulb is a pain. The brightness of the low beam and high beam is on the same level. The only thing that worries me is the temperature it can reach. The flashlight has a built-in fan but is in a sealed compartment. Overall very happy with performance and price. They are polarity sensitive so make sure you are correct before installing the bulb.
