I bought it for traveling, especially because of the RFID function. It works great, but there is one issue that might cause you some problems. When inverted, credit cards can (and do) slip out of their slots and then fall out when inverted again. Either add a fastening strap or make the pockets a little tighter. I've used it for both domestic and international trips. The 2 large pockets hold your passport(s) and are deep enough to keep them secure but deep enough that pulling them out can be a hassle. (Helps turn it on its head, but see previous pocket edition.)
