Review on Cigo Tracker by Richard Muncy

The software is extremely user friendly and simple for even non technical users like me to use it. They have several different tools that can be used depending upon what you are trying to track/order. You don't need to do much customization work yourself because of their customer support team! We are using this program as an ordering tool from our ERP (Magellan), however they say that there should be no problems if you already have a separate point of sale system in place. I've been able to get my orders out quickly when we receive them through my employer's point of sale system. Additionally, the tracking feature allows us to see where each order has been delivered which makes finding any discrepancies easier than ever before. There really isn't anything bad about having multiple options for tracking shipments, but some companies just like to take advantage of others by charging more for less features. It would be nice to know exactly how things will turn out once the item leaves its designated.
