received tripod Leofoto LM-365 last week. I have used it for night time astrophotography where a stable tripod is needed to avoid the slightest camera shake. What I like about it: 1) Strong and stable. I use a gimbal head, a Nikon D810 camera, a Nikon 300mm f2.8 lens and a 2x teleconverter. Everyone's talking about 12 pounds of gear. The tripod handles this with flying colors. No questions. That should also be good for a 400mm or 600mm lens. 2) It's easy. Considering its strength, it is very light at just over 1.97 kg. I would have liked Leofoto's LN range, but they are about 2-3 pounds heavier compared to this one. 3) it is more compact. With a folded length of less than 20 inches, it fits in carry-on luggage. It consists of 5 segments and has small folds. Good for on the go. I chose this over the 4 segment LM364C as it is about an inch longer. 4) Cheaper than its competitors. Cons: I can't think of anything yet. Will update as I use it. Obtain.
