Having worked extensively at various law firms since graduating from NYU School of Law in 1995 I have found that PWRW has been nothing short of a breath of fresh air. Their core values are centered around treating everyone fairly; ensuring transparency (and not just for compliance); and having strong attorneys drive all activities towards meeting those goals instead of leaving them up to an executive director or managing partner. The size means there will always be some bureaucracy involved which takes time but once it gets taken care they're quick to respond! As noted by others above, don't hesitate. They do things differently here and you'll enjoy being part of such unique culture. The depth of knowledge that this firm has across all areas of law makes it one of the best firms I have worked for so far! They are very open minded towards new approaches/ideas which helps bring out amazing work from people at a variety of levels within the organisation. No dislikes here really - just keep up your good work guys!! Looking forward to working together again soon :).
