The lock block looked solid, well made and the block itself is beautiful. I was happy when I received it in the summer of 2017 and proudly attached it to the clutch pocket. During the summer I installed and removed the lock a few times with no problems. I left it on for the winter as I always have a WeatherTech fender installed to protect my bumper. The lock has a rubber plug that completely seals the lock so water or salt cannot get inside. The cover was on all winter. In March 2018 I removed the plug to unlock the lock. It stuck and didn't rotate. I've tried every online remedy including spraying lube, hitting the wrench with a hammer, etc., but nothing has changed. Nothing looks rusty so I don't know how it sticks so badly. Finally, when the weather got warmer and it still wouldn't move, I had to cut it out with a Dremel rotary tool and a cut-off wheel. Due to the thickness of the circle, he chewed through almost 2 cutting circles before cutting it off. Cutting was extremely difficult as there is very little space between the bumper and the coupler pocket even to insert a steering knuckle. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Will be using a manual locking pin in the future as lock sticking seems to be a common problem with these hitch locks - only found out after googling to find a fix.
