Do not intend to use this device for advanced purposes. I've tried keeping the temp for my plants at 78 during the day and 73 at night, but SmartThings never worked properly on this schedule and wouldn't turn off/on that outlet. Samsung support is terrible. They ask me to send them examples of what triggers didn't work and what they should have done. I send them information and they only reply after another 7 days telling me they don't have 7 day logs so they need examples. That went for weeks. The same experience over and over again with support. Finally, I request an RMA for the warranty. I wanted to return to Revain but didn't get it returned through the return window as I thought Samsung support would really help me. Terrible customer service.
