The BR-CT91 brakes on my bike were OEM parts but they often failed due to the plastic spring retainers. Since you can't (unfortunately) buy replacement spring holders, I had to buy all the brake assemblies. However, they only cost about $12 a set and include new pads, so the price was fair. They look and function exactly like my sets and I am very happy with them. I hope the plastic holders hold up better than the originals. I have them on a 1996 Gary Fisher Wahoo by the way. They came in original Shimano retail packaging by the way.
