Review on Viper 3100V 1 Way Security System by Jason Bell

I bought this alarm for a '72 Chevy pickup. The product met my expectations and was easy to install. Because my truck is so old, it doesn't have power door locks or even door switch contacts like the OEM. I emailed Viper twice for instructions. The contacts were a month apart. So far I have not heard from customer service other than that the emails have been received and a representative will be in touch. I will never recommend this company or their products due to extremely poor customer support.
