Review on Iron High Visibility Reflective Transfer by Barbara Simmons

Here are the detailed instructions

This is a wonderful tape when applied correctly. Here are the advanced instructions: BEFORE YOU BEGIN - UNDERSTAND THE TAPE: Cut a small piece of tape and examine it. Peel the clear plastic (referred to as "clarity film") from the gray tape (referred to as "reflective tape"). The underside of the gray tape (opposite the clear plastic side) is the side that sticks to the fabric - it's called the "sticky side" but doesn't feel tacky - the "glue" is activated by heat from your iron. Throw away the tape you cut off - don't use it in the next step! TRY another small piece of tape (not separated) on a piece of fabric - preferably the same fabric you will be using. HOW TO USE: 1. Iron the fabric to remove wrinkles and preheat the fabric. Preheating the fabric will help the tape stick better. Do not use Par.2. Cut the iron/heat transfer reflective tape to desired length. Do not separate the transparent film from the reflective tape.3. Set the heating temperature of the iron to about 120°C (250°F at medium temperature). Do not use Par.4. Place the tape (with the sheets attached) sticky side down on the fabric. The side with the transparent film should face you.5. Place the iron on the band and run it across the band, pressing firmly but not too hard. Pressing too hard will cause the tape to stretch and wrinkle. (If you're using a stretchy fabric, lightly pin the tape to the fabric by pressing lightly or ironing the full length of the tape and then pressing harder as explained below.) Iron all areas of the tape 15 to 30 seconds to allow the tape to adhere to the fabric. Pay special attention to the edges and corners - make sure they are well ironed.6. Wait 10-15 seconds for the tape and fabric to cool.7. Carefully remove the transparent foil from the applied reflective foil. Discard the transparent film.8. Cover the attached reflective tape with a piece of fabric and iron it over the fabric for 2-3 seconds. A cotton handkerchief or cotton pillowcase work well. Do not skip this step.9. Remove the fabric and admire your work!

Not very reflective at all. The Orange is real reflective.
