Size ordered: S This is exactly what I wanted in a high waisted pant. I'm 5ft 2in and about 115 pounds. I wear a size 26 high waisted jean and it fits perfectly. I was concerned when I first opened it and saw the skirt like material on the front, but once put on it looked great and had a ruffled effect. They were well above my belly button which is what I wanted but note I have a short torso.
