But I was not prepared for the fact that once the guarantee period of 15 days (during which the phone could not be returned) had expired, issues would start to arise with the smartphone. I noticed that the yellow color wasn't there any longer. After that, I simply checked the entire setting, as well as the additional parameters, and even checked the color test and other parameters (Figure 1). I also changed the wallpaper (which may have had an effect on this), and I restarted the smartphone multiple times. Not in any case, however. What is the procedure for making a return or exchange?
