Disappointing. Poorly made.
I was so excited about this chair. It looks amazing. But alas, it turned out to be garbage. From the start I couldn't get all 4 screws into the base of the chair because the holes didn't line up properly. I thought the three screws were ok but now they have completely snapped off and are falling out as I sit. It's been three months and this thing has become junk because of bad design. I can't contact the seller to see if they can get it right as the return window is closed but I am very disappointed with this purchase.
