With this product I can easily and efficiently dry 8 sandwich bags at the same time! If I rinse off in the evening, the bags are 100% dry when I get up in the morning (and I live in a humid environment). My previous method of hanging pouches by serving spoons on the dish rack didn't work and trying to wash and reuse the pouches was frustrating. It changed the rules of the game. It dries easily breakable disposable bags as well as stronger reusable ziplock bags. It also dried gallon bags, I only used a couple of tines for a bag. So glad I bought this! I've only had it recently so can't speak about durability but I bought this product for its wooden construction so I wouldn't throw away plastic anymore and I can probably compost it when it's done its lifespan.
