I suffer from plantar fasciitis and ordered these to wear to work with business casual. These are clearly not dress shoes, but they look great with khaki pants and a sweater. They run small - I had to return a pair and order 1/2 size larger. , and they creak a lot when walking. As with many modern running shoes, the insole is not glued in, so it could easily be removed to insert the insoles. They look good and are comfortable after a few days of wearing. UPDATE 1/24/2018: I've been wearing these shoes a lot over the last two weeks. They are still comfortable and look good. However, they still creak a lot when I walk. UPDATE 3/16/21018: The squeak hasn't improved, but I enjoy using it to slowly drive my co-workers insane.
