Very comfortable! One feature I love is the seat with ledges that help me stay in the chair so I don't accidentally slide off. The chair rolls smoothly with no problems. I have a tiny kitchen and I can really maneuver myself around by pushing and pulling. I can't stand long due to health issues and needed something similar so I could cook and do the dishes. I can't think of any downside other than ironically having to use a stool to stand on it lol but that's because I have short legs. My son assembled it for me and it was very easy for him! It may be a lot more than I need or will ever need, but I'd rather have something that will last us a long time and is a quality product. I am happy with this chair!
