Review on Staghorn by Daniel Delgado

The idea that Staghorn provides exceptional customer service is completely empty. Despite their assurances of a pleasant shopping experience, I had a terrible time resolving an issue with a recent purchase. I felt like no one cared about my problems because of how incompetent and indifferent their customer support was. I had anticipated that Staghorn's dedication to their clients would lead to a satisfactory conclusion, but instead I feel let down and regretful that I ever did business with them. Their callousness and unwillingness to make things right have left me with a bad taste in my mouth, and I would never recommend them to anyone who places a premium on good customer service. Staghorn needs to put more resources into enhancing customer service and putting the wants and needs of their customers first if they wish to deliver on their promise of customer happiness. Until then, I can't see myself doing business with you.
