Thought they may be difficult to get on, but they weren't. I push my foot into the shoe opening and use the 'tab' in the back of the shoe and fingers to fit around the heel. I use them for Aqua Zumba. They feel good on my feet & stay on, I.e., they don't slip off the heels during water exercise, which was my fear.
