Review on High5 Solid 👧 Cotton Leggings for Girls' Clothing by Bill Kodba

I bought these for my granddaughter who is a small size 2. She still fits into most of her 18-month-old clothes. I just measured her waist and she is 18 inches. But the elastic band on these pants was too small. I would send them back but I needed them for Halloween. So I cut off the gum. I figured I'd take it out, add some, and put it back in. However, it is sown all around. I left enough room for her to wear them for a while, but I definitely wouldn't buy them again.
