Review on Dell Hard Drive Caddy R494D F767D - High-Quality Sparepart for Enhanced Storage by Mikey Jackson

I recently upgraded some office PCs (Dell Optiplex 9010) by replacing the HDD with an SSD. To do this, I needed an adapter tray that would fit the hard drive trays Dell uses for its hard drives. After a bit of searching online I found that the part number was R494D (ie this part) and I was able to find it here for a similar price to other SSD trays. It worked great and surprisingly holds up to two SSDs. in the space previously occupied by a hard drive (making it surprisingly profitable in theory). The screws needed to fix the SSD are attached to the tray, which is a good packaging idea. Overall I'm impressed with the design and it was exactly what I needed. I'm a happy customer.
