This fits my daughter well. She tried on her dresses and they fit well. 24" chest and 20" waist, 48" and 50#. It's so cute BUT the bells are just glued on. When she pulled it over her head, the front middle bell fell off and she didn't even touch that part !I think I have to hand sew each one on because we can't undo the bell during the program and let the child step on it and fall.If the belt was thicker and the bells were sewn on I'd say there were 25 but as it stands I don't think it's worth more than $15 as the belt is thin, the neckline is itchy and the bells go off before it's even worn out.
