I like how easy it was set up with our current database setup at work! The customer service has been great as well since we have had questions along way through implementing this product; they were always quick enought anwser my question or call when needed!! If you are looking just need some basic functionality then go ahead but if your doing more complicated needs there will be other products better suited towards those types things so don't get discouraged from trying something new.
